We aim to deliver within 4-7 working days for EU orders and 10-18 working days for Rest of the World orders.
If parcels may go missing or if for any reason you have not received your parcel within delivery time, please email us at email@example.com and allow us 5-8 working days to carry out the investigation.
We guarantee to refund any full price item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in original packaging. Please include a note in the return stating the reason for your return, your name, address and what you wish to do – exchange or refund. Please include a phone number just in case we have any questions. We will contact you if there is a difference in value to the original transaction to organise payment or refund. Customers will be asked to cover the cost of dispatching exchanged items. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
If you return goods via post please note that we are not liable for the costs. Please note that we are not liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely as we will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit.
