If parcels may go missing or if for any reason you have not received your parcel within delivery time, please email us at shop@leskgraphic.com and allow us 5-8 working days to carry out the investigation. We guarantee to refund any full price item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original packaging. Please include a note in the return stating the reason for your return, your name, address and what you wish to do – exchange or refund. Please include a phone number just in case we have any questions. We will contact you if there is a difference in value to the original transaction to organise payment or refund. Customers will be asked to cover the cost of dispatching exchanged items. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you return goods via post please note that we are not liable for the costs. Please note that we are not liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely as we will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit. Any refunds will be credited to your original payment method, please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
