Perception of Play

Perception of Play is a series of works created by LeskGraphic-Studio as part of the Edgar-o project. The theme addressed is the analysis and interpretation of the child's perception of play, especially in the first phase of discovery of their surroundings, in which all the elements that are part of it and their representation are structured to define the child's conception of the surrounding space. The perception of colours, shapes and how they interact with space, the surreal representation of reality filtered through the undefined senses; how, even in simplicity, a child's mind can often create a dreamlike dimension, almost detached from the object's function, from what it was designed for. A series of video and printed works in which the viewer is immersed in a surreal world, defined by animated 3D elements that interact with each other, artistically interpreting what a child might perceive and process.

Tasked with the reinvention of their visual identity, we embarked on a transformative journey, crafting a seamless blend of tradition and modernity. From the design of their logo to the packaging design, our touch permeates every aspect of Guscio's brand experience. Moreover, we extended our expertise to shape the ambiance of their physical space, ensuring that every corner of their store resonates with the same elegance and authenticity that defines their pasta creations.

Misunderkunst

At the core of the exhibition resides the ingenious union of two distinct mediums - the precision of digital art and the tactile richness of acrylic paint. As visitors explore the exhibition, encounter a series of digital posters to act as the canvas for an upcoming transformation. These posters, originating from the realm of pixels and 3D modeling, serve as blank slates awaiting the brushstrokes of the artist.
